Warranty Coverage

  • All electrical appliances are guaranteed for one year against faulty materials or workmanship.
  • This warranty applies only if the appliance has been used in accordance with the provided instructions.
  • Warranty coverage is void if the appliance has been connected to an unsuitable electricity supply, misused, neglected, damaged, or modified or repaired by unauthorized personnel.

Electrical Supply

  • Ensure that the appliance is connected to the correct electricity supply voltage, as indicated on the rating label attached to the product.

Installation Compliance

  • If the product has not been installed according to the instructions, this may invalidate your warranty. Returns Policy

At Servitherm, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we have a straightforward returns policy to assist you.

Returns Window
Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Return Process

  1. Eligibility: To qualify for a return, products must be unused and in their original packaging.
  2. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  3. Return Address: Please return the items to our Crowland Street location.
